I am a Senior Associate at The Stellar Group, where I lead mixed-methods research, evaluation, strategic planning, and facilitation for public-sector and mission-driven organizations. My academic work explores religion, psychology, gender, spirituality, consciousness, and human behavior. Across both settings, I specialize in making complex evidence clear, useful, and actionable.
